“Silent” Jim speaks
Thursday, January 18th, 2007 - 6:57 am
I was just interviewed (Monday Jan 15th) as a guest on Entrepreneur Magazine’s “eBiz Show”. We talked about eBooks, eBay, email, creative ideas that are working NOW on the Internet and more. I think you’ll enjoy it! Once you listen to it stop back by here and leave a comment by clicking the comment link below.
I don’t do many interviews…so please let me know how you think I did and what you learned! Critiques welcome!
The show is in four segments. I’m on the last 3 segments only.
TIP: when the host goes to a commercial break you can skip to the next segment without missing anything.

BTW - the interviewer was Chris Malta who I’ve known for years. He has THE BEST wholesale/drop ship/import directory on the planet with a large full time staff updating thousands of sources with millions of products all searchable in a great database. I really enjoyed your comments on the WS
radio show. It seems like I learn from every
topic you discuss. A big lesson I learned
some time ago is that acting on your advice
is the way to make it profitable. I bought
your great book a couple of days after your
offer of the second book for free expired.
I won’t make that mistake again. It was
great hearing your voice in that informal
setting. That made all the info about eBay
seem so much more real.
Your newsletter comments about “Internet Marketing
Education” were “right on”, to borrow a
phrase from the 60’s. Any of these college
kids with some computer skills should try
out eBay to see the potential. I have been in education all my life and am working on some ways to get that message across, particularly to kids with limited financial means.
A community college degree plus eBay (via your book) could equal a big school business degree, at least in terms of income.
Thanks for your newsletter and radio presence.
Sincerely,
RL
jim great job on the interview. i just realized what i am still missing eventhough you have preached it again and again about using the about me page on ebay, also the idea of a newsletter which again could be advertised in your about me page on ebay. you by far in my opinion are light years ahead of anyone claiming to be an ebay guru on the internet and you have helped me to at least understand how to follow simple plans and to get motivated and passionate about what you are doing. great job and keep it coming. terence brownley (loyal follower).
You blow me away with all the great stuff you share. I have learned so much and try to utilize as much as possible.
I would like the new book as a paying customer of your products. I know it will be terrific. Thanks
