Using Internet strategies to build ANY business

I thought that Google has changed their policy about creating a Google ad that takes potential customers to a squeeze page then a website, saying that is it not relevant enough. Would you please clear this up for me once and for all. I would like to know if I can use Andy’s suggestions and still be compliant with the new Google rules.

I’m not into realestate but have an interest in furniture and kitchen manufacture in a small regional town. Also in the operation of a winery tour bus.
