Very good and concise video. And I can tell you from spending over 35 years in offline marketing and 3 years in online marketing this concept works either offline OR online - it is the same! This is what we teach to our students at www.whitehatguys.com.

Great explanation of the marketing lead funnel and why it’s important!! Hadn’t thought about the consulting, but not a bad idea while looking for a good niche.

Great presentation. How do you continue to take prospects down the funnel? Of course, as a prospect to your service, I am presently at the free line. You have given, and given, and given. What’s the final motivator for you to close on your prospect — me? I’m very curious about this.
[[reply from Jim]]: Here’s the formula Annie. Creativity+Leadership+Relationships = CONTINUAL VALUE to my customers. Ron (the MySilentTeam.com webmaster) gets sick of hearing me say that. I know you aren’t going anywhere Annie…and eventually you are going to buy something from me aren’t you Annie…Annie…still there?? ….. ANNIE?!?! ;0)
Seriously though - as long as customers are around eventually they’ll buy…and once they do you expose them to the next level. The speed that you expose them to the levels is always up for debate, but some say show them the entire shootin’ match as soon as they buy anything. If they are in a spending mood let ‘em spend! I take a slower approach because I like people making steady decisions…not pressured ones.
Jim, great stuff. A perfect example of over-delivering. I am just getting started, having purchased SSM recently, but see so much potential in the info provided by you on this video.
