Seasoned agents are telling you it can take years to succeed and it will cost you all your weekends and evenings.
It’s disheartening for a newbie.
Meet my client Andy…
As a new agent trying to sell houses all that “bad news” wasn’t good enough for him. Andy didn’t want to work weekends, network, send out flyers, make cold calls or wait years to make it big.
Andy was BRAND new to selling houses and he decided to do something VERY simple and VERY different from all his peers. Andy set up an automated Internet based sales funnel. Here’s how he did it:
Step 1: He stopped ALL forms of advertising, all open houses, all cold calling, all postal mailings etc.
Step 2: He bought some Pay Per click ads from Google (takes a few hours one day to set up)
Step 3: He sent those leads to a simple one page website I call a squeeze page (takes a day to set up)
Here’s where it gets good…
Step 4: Over the next 8 months Andy sold more houses and made more commissions than 99.9% of all agents in his state without ever spending a dime on advertising. Yes – even the ads on Google are paid for by someone else that he shares the leads with.
