Hey Jim,
I like that little “4-square” illustration you used in the video to map out uniqueness vs. customer value. And it reminds me of the cool “quadrant diagram” from your book Part-Time Plan that illustrates creativity vs. dependence on eBay. Always nice to see things visually explained so easily.
