I like that little &quot;4-square&quot; illustration you used in the video to map out uniqueness vs. customer value. And it reminds me of the cool &quot;quadrant diagram&quot; from your book Part-Time Plan that illustrates creativity vs. dependence on eBay. Always nice to see things visually explained so easily.
