this virtual smart agent didnt realy do much for my sites, i had tried another version previous to that called ‘upsellit’ but i think the layout put people of, even though they can interact with customers their not very specifiec! they can be tricked easily and look like pop-ups.
im now on my 3rd virtual sales agent which i am using a company called ‘Intellichat’
i have ony been using them for a couple of weeks and instantly ive noticed a diference, i have allot more cutomer flow and on average 23% increase on sales
