I have the smartest audience online. The creativity, motivation, dedication and success that you are all characterized by is so exciting to see! Let’s show it off a bit shall we?
Let’s have a contest of ideas!
Here’s the challenge:
Assume you have $500 and 60 days to work with. You want to make the most of your time and money and get a nice income (or several income streams) going online. You don’t want to work more than a few hours per week now or after you set it all up. What do you do?

WHO WINS? : EVERYONE because there will be some great ideas posted and we’ll all learn from them! The two or three best answers with brief, powerful, actionable plans that I like best will get a prize.

Auctiva is getting ready to add a feature that I just had to tell you about, but first I need to set this up so you are sure to catch how cool this is.
If you’ve read “Silent Sales Machine” you know how valuable EVERY visitor to your auction is. You can do better than settling for “one item” = “one customer”.
“One item” can get you “multiple customers”.
You also understand the power of growing your mailing list.
You know that there are all sorts of legal and creative ways to add auction visitors to your mailing list where you’ve “got ‘em” for life!

Auctiva is a very popular eBay seller management tool that has all the standard features you’d expect, but they are getting ready to roll out a feature that we (as creative eBay marketers) can really get excited about!
For the first time ever you’ll be able to send an email to EVERY BIDDING CUSTOMER.
This opens up a whole new world of contact possibilities with your eBay audience.
For example, imagine you own the website GreatDogHouses.com. On eBay you sell dog houses and each time someone bids you can now send the following email to each of your auction bidders:
“Thanks for bidding on my auction. If you have any questions please contact me at: jim @ GreatDogHouses.com”
or
“Thanks for bidding on my auction. If you are a dog lover please join our mailing list by sending a blank email to freenewsletter @ GreatDogHouses.com.”
Get the idea?
A perfectly legal and perfectly sneaky way to gain exposure for your website and grow your mailing list in a whole new way!
To find this new feature on Auctiva.com look under the “Sales” tab and then “Custom emails”. The feature isn’t live yet, but once it goes live it will be called the “Thank You Bidder” feature. I don’t even know how it works yet because I haven’t seen it yet, but you heard it here first…I’ll keep you posted on any details I learn.
