    I agree, outsourcing is a tool that can catapult an online business. Become a market and idea person, delegate the work to implement to someone else. This way, you have your hand in more "honey pots" and can get sooo much more done. This is one I very much look forward to implimenting within my business.

    The difficulty for a lot of people is the perceived loss of control and guilt. It is the 'I can do it better' feeling combined with the need to be seen to be working. Guilt is a powerful emotion, 'how can it be right to make money without sweating blood?'

    Where are the outsourcing sources list you are talking about? Do they research the latest and best ideas, products, to sell on the internet, and we just pay them to set up a website(that works? Where do I find them? I did not see a "source below" from your recording. I appreciate your help to get me started. I believe in what you say. I just need the right tools to get started to support my family. Thank You.

    Hi again Jim,

    Well once again your audio information is 120 percent. As you know from my last reply I have always traded time for dollars as a self employed taxi driver and during that almost 25 years I reckoned I had done reasonably OK.

    How wrong could I have been? Oh sure enough I've earned a living, paid off the mortgage, had a few holidays whenever I liked and I am now settling into a time when I am just a few years away from a pension.

    The problem is this though, although I thought I had done OK!! I HAVE WORKED ON AVERAGE 16 HOURS A DAY FOR 6 1/2 DAYS A WEEK ALL THOSE YEARS. The internet was not around for most of them, BUT IT IS NOW therefore I am extremely

    I AM GLAD YOU ARE TELLING EVERYONE ELSE NOT TO DO IT. if anybody reads this reply then they should hang onto your every word and WORK LESS HARD and WORK MUCH SMARTER

    I don't intend to carry on in such a stupid way any longer, from now on my idea's are being put into action the easy way. In other words by finding reliable people to outsource to.

    I would listen in to a free class that is offered by you on Internet marketing techniques and ideas. I would also be willing to pay a small monthly fee to keep the class size smaller.     Jim, For the past year or longer I have wanted to contact you and perhaps get one on one coaching. I consider you a mentor and even though your newletter goes out to thousands, I feel that for the last 14 months I have been given a personal call to action that I am only now beginning to answer. Jim, I feel that your recorded audios are the best medium for this. It was your personal messages and the one with Jon Jonas that were the most beneficial. I can listen to these over and over for daily inspiration and guidance. Well, I guess that's enough for now. I don't know if you will reply. I certainly don't expect you to post this lengthy email.
