    Hi Jim,

    Loved the talk!

I totally agree with the concept of what you are saying. A successful Internet Marketing business owner must learn to deligate many tasks to impliment the ideas we come accross (so we can maximize our time coming up with ideas).

I have a plethora of ideas…..dozens have come my way and only a few are actually being picked up by me to try and impliment.

The challenges of my Internet business, development and operation, is TIME. I work full time (still), I have a home to run, a child to hang out with, etc. I am not a web designer, I don't know php, etc. None the less, I have powered through many of these tasks and have learned, somewhat, how to do many of the tasks a Internet Marketer needs to do. With the growing understanding of the environment, I can see my time much better spent on idea development and offload other tasks that I can.

I have reached a point in my business where I realize I need to recruit at least one outsource employee. I understand this can be very affordable. I found John Jonas who is a reported expert in the field of Outsourcing. I know I need to Outsource.

    The challenges:

Making that first leap and finding/retaining someone,

communicating clearly what you need them to do,

    Keeping them busy,

Jim, what would you suggest to someone on a very limited budget who would like to make this leap? What is the smartest way to approach this and make it happen? Would you suggest joining a program such as that offered by John Jonas? I am already a member of MST. I am very glad to be a part of the community. It has certainily helped a lot to get me to this point.

    Thanks Jim,

    Jeromy

    Jim,

A good talk. I am a firm believer in multiple income streams; I don't have any but I am a firm believer!

    Couple points.

People starting out on this road may not have the dollars to outsource, regardless of how affordable it may be for some. Once you get moving forward this becomes easier, for me right now it is a very unlikely option.

Second, slight off topic. I am a member of Off-Line-Biz. So again it becomes a point of money. I belong to that and really can't afford a second membership. Although my multiple income stream includes some consulting, I prefer other business models such as on-line retail, ebook writing, etc.

Thanks for your honesty and straightforwardness. Another verse I recently saw quoted is that As a man purposes in his heart so shall it be.

Then there is the Henry Ford quote I love, 'If you think you can or think you can't, either way, your right.'

    God Bless,

    Dave

    Jim.

Well, you certainly are 'hitting home' with these comments.

As a "skills" guy, I admit that it is difficult for me NOT to try to learn more skills but I am finally seeing that there simpy isn't enough hours in the day for me to become prosperous while doing all the work myself.

I purchased the e-book, Silent Sales Machine (actually bought it twice, what a twit!) and am pouring through that.

I'm going to join the 'silent team' also. God knows I need all the help I can get to get out of this 'skills' mentality so you'll be hearing from me a great deal more.

BTW, I've been a fan of your news letter for years and believe that you are one of teh very few actually offering to help guys like me. Please keep up the great work.

    Hi Jim,

As a person who has always traded TIME for Dollars, or in my case as an Englishman, TIME for POUNDS I know how absolutely right you are. Believe me I also know exactly what time for pounds are (I have spent the last 24 years driving and running a taxi business and you just cannot get more of a dollar versus time concept than that.) I.E. One customer at a time for one mile/hourly dollar.

I have been a member of My Silent Team for over a year now and in that time have learned to become at least a little bit internet savvy starting from scratch.

However during this time and while I have been producing my own blogsite at daverobus.com also starting from scratch, along with my first product at "Old Books Make Money", I have often thought to myself; Is It All Really Worth It?

Having spent hours and hours, spreading into weeks and months of trying to fathom things out I often wondered if there was ever going to be an easier way. WELL NOW I KNOW THAT THERE IS!

Instead of trying to do it all by myself I am going to invest more in having things outsourced for me. I can come up with the idea's and already have my nest product and affiliate marketing idea. I will not however be doing anything like the amount of work for myself in future. There are plenty of people who can carry out my wishes more easily and quickly than I can ever hope to.

Thanks for a great audio and for all previous encouragement. I recommend anyone who wants to make money online to visit your site starting with buying their own copy of Silent Sales Machine.

    Best Regards,

    Dave Robus.

Great talk. I've gotten bogged down in learning skills for so long. I love writing and am proud of what I write. But writing is a skill.

Given the choice of doing whatever I want in my business, I start writing tips, reviews, insights, etc. But writing isn't what puts food on the table. It's the commodity that a good business owner leverages to make money.

It's hard for me, but I am forcing myself more and more to focus on publishing more than writing and marketing more than publishing.

Jim – You surely teach "meat and potatoes" stuff. I have been on Offline Biz member for about 6 months now, and I cant believe how powerful this stuff is. I am bam-boozling my colleagues in Web Design and Marketing, they have no idea how to Internet Marketing Successfully….Thanks mate.

    Hi Jim,

I certainly take on board what your saying about thinking beyond money per hour and aspire to getting to that position.

I would love to know how to do all the those internet marketing streams properly as I have several, all of which have left me out of pocket.

I would love to be able to afford to join MySilentTeam, subsribe to Autoresponders, Get professional Internet Marketing Coaching, etc but it all takes money.

It seems as though Internet Marketing is another "Catch 22" sitiuation where if you have money to start with you can make money online.

Despite the above I am still determined to keep trying to make a living on the Internet.

I love your Newsletters by the way especially the Audio they always keep me inspired.

    Regards

    Richard

[[reply from Jim]]: I suggest you get a free account at offlinebiz.com and check out some of the amazing ideas on the free section of the discussion forum. YOu'll be able to keep an outsource partner fairly busy from day one. Also keep in mind that hiring an outsource partner isn't like hiring an American to work for you. Filipino workers are HAPPY to work for a few dollars per hour part time in many cases. If you can't afford to pay a full time worker $200 per month to earn you money then you need to find a way to add $200 to your budget and then do it. For every $1 we pay our Filipino workers they are earning us $15 or more.

Great job!I'm a person that needs to be pushed into action.I hope that I take action and put your sugestions into action. Outsourcing is a great way to go. I have a lot of ebooks with great info that can be used if put into the the right hands.I have limited money at this time but I must make the comitmentto move foward. Thanks-Paul

    Hi Jim

I live your ideas and your method of teaching. I have previously purchased your e book, silent sales machine and signed up for my silent team member. I am a newbie and been trying for some time to get started. Decided l would start with drop shipping. Spent a lot of time researching products and then couldn't find a drop shipper even though l am with World Wide Brands, so now looking at all the suppliers first and trying to narrow down a product. Seems like so much to learn but with people like you it sure helps as l keep plugging away trying to get the first step done. Keep up the good work. l love all your audios and videos.

    Thanks, Jack
