I LOVE this course. It is actually one of the foundational tools I’m using the the $4,000 coaching class that I’m teaching right now. I’ve known Joel for 6 years or so and he’s been doing VERY well building simple niche websites for a long time. On average he earns $100,000 PER MONTH.Check out this one minute video and then steal this course at:

Hey Jim,
The Mini-Site Formula looks top notch… knowing you are recommending it let’s me know that it is something to take note of.
Thanks for always keeping your readers in front of the game!
Karl
Unfortunately Joel is another ethically-challenged marketer. I’d like to know why some people consider it ok to make up phony blog posts and represent multiple copies of the same video as different videos.
I don’t like being deceived and don’t think deception has any place in marketing. In the real world, when you deceive for money it’s called fraud and not looked at kindly.
People without integrity on Wall Street made millions, but I don’t wish to follow their example either.
[[Reply from Jim]]: David – there is no deception here or with Joel’s course. The sites he teaches people to build are attractive, informative sites that help consumers make educated decsions. I can understand your frustration with all the ethics issues in this industry, but I can vouch for the integrity of Joel. I’m not sure what you mean by “multiple copies of the same videos as different videos” though. Putting multiple copies of information in different formats and on different websites is common practice. It’s sort of like a newspaper putting out a print version, and online version, and an email version.
I do agree with you about “crappy content” though. I DON’T endorse anyone that uses “scraped content” or randomly worded blog posts to populate a site…and Joel doesn’t endorse this either. I’m not sure where you came up with that one.
So people in your 4k school have been doing Joel’s program? Can you or they share their success stories? Are they outsourcing to the PI?
