Free Conference call Thursday! Let’s talk eBay basics!

Many readers responded in a big way to my March 16th Blog post below.

There have been some very moving stories left in the comment section of that post.

As a reminder I’m talking about the blog post where I asked YOU how I could best help you out with the basics of success on the Internet.

At last count about 80 of you posted responses on my blog and now I’m responding back by inviting you to join me on a call this Thursday.

TOPIC: “Best ways to profit on eBay in 2009″
TIME: Thursday April 9th 2-3pm EST (New York Time)
Can’t Attend?: Look for the MP3 in the next newsletter

U.S. based Conference Dial-in Number: (605) 475-4850
Participant Access Code: 409093#
Once it’s full it’s full!

NOTE:

  • Feel free to use Skype or a cell phone to connect
  • The call will be recorded and made available
  • I will be taking email questions during the call
  • Random members of MySilentTeam.com have been invited to be on the “live panel” to ask questions and interact with me on the chosen topic so it should be quite fun! (To get on the “live panel” log in to MySilentTeam.com and check the announcements for details)

Is it really FREE?

No it’s not.

While I won’t be charging you to join me on the call I do have a favor to ask of you in return.

In exchange for this opportunity I am requesting that you forward this email to a friend and tell them to join your favorite free Internet success newsletter by visiting SilentJim.com. I’m using the honor system to enforce this rule!

Tell your friend to join you on the call so you can pick up some great ideas together.

My pledge to you:

This WILL NOT be a “pitch fest”. There’s no big “call to action” or hyped up product for sale at the end.

This is just you and me and a few other curious entrepreneurs on the phone together learning and growing.

Why listen to me?

Here are a couple links for some proof of my success helping others and my own success with eBay.

I hope you can make it the conference call, but we’ll record it for you if you can’t.

    Hi Jim,

I’ve gladly passed this blogpost to a couple of my friends and am looking forward to all you have to share this Thursday. Your offlinebiz.com site has helped me earn a decent living however I still have a high desire to create the 24/7 online income as well.

    Cheers

Jim – The conference call was outstanding. It covered a lot of information and I got several new ideas to look into. I am very interested in Affiliate Marketing so maybe you could make that a topic of one of your calls. I highly recommend your My Silent Team membership site. I have been a member for about a year and it is an invaluable resource for me as I continue to build both my eBay business and my online business.

    Jim,
Thanks for a great conference call! I took off work this afternoon to be able to hear it live and wasn’t disappointed. As a newbie I hope you continue doing calls on a regular basis (monthly, bi-weekly ??) maybe in the evening?? If they need to be in the afternoon I’ll just have to be patient and wait for the MP3 version until I can kiss the 9 to 5 goodbye!
I appreciate your interest in helping others to be successful and even more your business ethics and integrity. Thank you.

    Hey Jim,
Thanks for doing this call today. I’m from Sydney in Australia so I had to put the alarm on at 3:45 am to be on this call but I’m glad I did cause you and your panel gave out some great info about how to make money on eBay. There was some great tips and ideas to follow, all very inspiring and confirming the fact that eBay can be a very profitable platform to use if you know what you’re doing. And you are sure the person to follow to learn what there is to know to succeed in making good money on the Internet. I hope I can make it to your future calls as it is not always possible for me with the time zone difference. I’m glad today is a public holiday here because of Easter so I could make it. Thanks again man and keep’em coming.
    Kind regards,
    JF Trin

    Hey Jim,

Just got off listening to your conference call. I thought it was great for getting some fresh ideas for a beginner to start marketing on eBay. I’ve been a little nervious about what you can do or can’t do with the eBay “about me” page because of the flury of rule changes but you cleared that up, thanks.
Your panel was really great too, offering incentive and some really good ideas, my thanks to them as well.
The conference call was worth every minute to me and I would encourage you to offer it again.
I’m a member of My Silent Team and I consider it to be the most important tool in my online marketing tool box. But just like any other tool, you have to use it to make it work.

Thanks again Jim and keep up the great work!

    Jack

Jim, The conference today was great! Being new to the online world the conference allowed both my wife and myself to clarify some of our thoughts, questions and misconception. It also made us realise the vast size of the community we have entered yet it also gives us hope that we belong. We have just joined The Silent Team and are looking forward to the knowledge and friendships that we believe it will produce.
    Thank Again

Jim, I just managed to listen to the taped version of your conference call. Had the benefit of being able to pause the call to take notes etc. Got some great ideas and it is good to hear the ideas mentioned on the call.

I have been a member of MST for some time and in my view it has to be the best value membership site on the internet. My problem is that I have not used it to my benefit…but thats all about to change. The conference call has given me fresh impetus and I plan to be visiting regularly from now on.

Some things that I would llike to hear covered in future calls is (1) how to stay focused on your idea, and (2) list building.

    Good luck from Ireland

    Dave

  9. Hey Jim,

The call was outstanding. I wrote to the Yahoo group eBay_establishings I own about it and hopefully they’ll be coming to listen. I recommend your site above all seven membership sites (ok, one is OfflineBiz so may not count!) I belong to. You are the real deal. Thank you for doing the call. I’m no newbie – powerseller for 7 years and have a few eproducts out there. However, I get something new from you almost every time I take time to listen.

I say it, too. I thank God all the time for the freedom the internet has allowed me in making money yet spending time with the family. You helping us do that is awesome and it’s my vision to help people do it, also – particularly moms who feel they have to have a job outside of the home.

Anyhow, I think you should do a call weekly so you can take one of the many creative ideas we discuss at the membership site and develop it a bit. I am always amazed at the resources and creativity you have access to.

Thanks again for your generosity to the online community!
    JA

    Hi Jim

Many thanks for your generosity in taking the time to do this call and for sharing it with everyone.

I am in my second year of membership of My Silent Team and was really looking forward to hearing this. I wasn’t disappointed, istening to it was time well spent and I hope you will be doing more. I would like future calls to cover affiliate marketing, list building and offline biz.

The call gave me renewed enthusiasm and I am going to make a point of re-reading The Silent Sales Machine and implementing some of the creative ideas.

I would recommend joining My Silent Team to anyone who is serious about building an online business. The amount of information in there is incredible, as are the wonderful people in the forum who share their knowledge so generously. And the vast amount of resources in the bonus pool is worth many times the membership fee.

I am really looking forward to seeing Henry’s product on selling used books as this is something that has always interested me.

Thanks again to you, and also to the panel. I am looking foward to the next conference call.

    Lynn
