I've only just managed to listen to the call. I really enjoyed it BUT … please keep it to 60 minutes next time – I listened to it on my exercise bike and was exhausted ny the end!

You invited me to be a guest on the panel but have not had a land line for a long time (only wireless phones) so could not participate but at this time probably not qualified anyway. I have been selling on eBay for some time with some success as a drop shipper and need to make the move into information products, my own products with a higher profit margin. Thank you so much for your generous spirit and for giving your valuable time and information so freely to everyone for the past several years. It's sad that those who complain about the promo for My Silent Team don't realize its value, and that the success stories came from within it. I learned a great deal, but more important, it renewed my belief that I, too, can do it. I first bought your book shortly after it came out and have sold sporadically on eBay over the years with varying degrees of success. The old ways haven't worked lately I gave it up. You have shown me the new direction I need to go in, and I intend to join My Silent Team within the next few days. I'm a Silent Team member & received a lot of benefit from the conference call.

A topic I would like to suggest for a future conference is eBay sales management software (ie, Ink Frog, Auctiva, etc). It would be good to hear from users of the various products, comparing & critiquing the products.

I thought it was a good mixture of some solid advice and some good ideas to try.

I really enjoyed your insight on what you think about promoting your website and list on ebay. The rules and wisdom has been all over the map on this.

I really enjoyed the conference call recording! Thank you. I don't understand why one or two people have complained about the content, as you paid for the calls and the recording is free! I am in the UK myself, and I found the information excellent, educational and inspirational – what more could I ask?!

I am going to go online later and join My Silent Team, which I see as brilliant value. For a long while I've dabbled with selling on ebay and thoroughly enjoyed it, but I believe now is the time to make it work for me and my family.

What kept me listening through a long recording, by the way, was your obvious sincerity and belief in what you have to offer.
