I know to most people following your blog you are a successful entrepreneur with creative ideas who specializes in effective communication and encouragement…

But…to me..You are my Jim. I have loved you when we could barely afford a $20 increase in our rent, I saw you sell a “vintage” (read: old and used pair of tennis shoes to a guy in Japan for $650 and quickly after that I saw your internet income “lightbulb moment” and felt honored to be there when it happened.

I was there when you leaped out of the corporate game into your own endeavors (though I was terrified..and 8 mos pregnant!).

I was there when your huge e-list went “poof” – along with your mental stability (smile….of course you got the list back -and your mental stability- and corrected the server’s error but it was a traumatic event in your career).

Finally, I have been here watching you guide this Silent Sales Machine and Offline Biz ship with only the utmost of integrity, honesty, and forthrightness.

I am so pleased that our children are seeing their Father handle business decisions while keeping his moral compass in hand.

I am beyond the moon proud of you in regards to your business successes … and even your failures.

(and, sheesh, I am not even mentioning how superb your Daddy-skillz are! Walking through Red Square in Moscow, Russia with our first son on your back in a baby backpak is, surely, one of my fondest and most treasured memories…I could go on and on about this facet of you but I won’t for fear of becoming a Hall-Mark card:)

I am honored to be sharing our 16th Christmas together as husband and wife….

YOU are the best earthly gift I have every received.

Thank you so much for being
who you are!

You’re advise/knowledge and compassion for others have acted as a life and sanity preserver for me in some pretty tough times.

Because of you I have learned I can stretch my wings and fly as far and as high as I want; that I don’t have to be tied down and stifled by a nine to five world I was never really cut out for in the first place.

At times the internet can be a sea of uncertainty. But you have been my lighthouse, my beacon kindly and gentley leading me to safe shores.

You were so right when you said the most successful people on the internet were “idea” people. I’ve always been a creative idea person but never knew how to channel it; how to make it benefit
me and others.

Then I discovered you, your books and your websites and my life simply changed for the better.

And finally, the economy thanks you too!

What does that mean? Well, I took your advise on becoming an internet marketing consultant and because I have unlocked the boat load of i.m. knowledge that was previously locked in my brain by doubt and self defeating thoughts I’m happy to report the clients I have taken on are ALL reporting significant increases in business!

Tim, if you’re reading this just know that you have it within you to super charge your self esteem, your life and the lives of the ones you love. Just follow Jim and his work and I know you’ll find the inspiration you need to become as big a success as you want to be.
