Why I’m endorsing Niche BluePrint 2.0

Selling “real goods” that you’ve secured from a legit wholesaler (or drop shipper) from your OWN website is a great business model and you don’t need “techie” skills to get it set up fast.

These types of sites are FAR EASIER to get ranked on the search engines than are “blog sites” or “mini sites”.

Here’s a great course from a trusted friend of mine that covers EVERYTHING you need:

http://www.MySilentTeam.com/NicheSites.html

What you’ll learn:
1. Choose a niche (they show you how)

2. Find Products to sell
(and the company that will ship them for you)

3. Get a website set up
(you push a couple of buttons and it’s done in a flash)

4. Blast straight to the top of the Google.
(easy when they show you – product sites are EASY to rank!)

Look for his “bird cage” site that recently sold for $173K (after he bought it for under $2K) – the story was even on Fox news.

I’ve reviewed and fully endorse this course. If you are going to build a commerce website THIS is the type of site to build and this course is step by step.

HINT: When/if buying this course be sure to look for the exit page discount of $100 off. It pops up when you attempt to leave the site the first time.

Want a great legit business model? This is top notch.

More information based on some questions I’ve gotten:

Q. Is this building multiple ‘mini sites’ to drive affiliate income? No it’s not. This is a step by step plan to build one robust site at a time to promote tangible products. These types of sites are easier to get ranked on the search engines. It is getting harder all the time to reliably produce affiliate income (although many are still doing it). The smartest sites to build right now in my opinion are robust sites with solid info on a niche topic or product.

Q. Is this course really worth the price tag? Absolutely yes. To begin with, I don’t promote anything that isn’t well worth the price being asked. Next, if you actually follow through on this course you’ll have a business making you money every day. What’s that worth to you? Finally, even if you just watch the videos and DO NOTHING with it you’ll have a great education on what actually works online. This is great material. Think of it as a college course in “making money online”. It’s great content.

Q. Are you just returning a favor to a friend in promoting this course? I’ve never done that and I never will. I’ve damaged my reputation in the industry on several occasions because of my policy of not “returning favors” when someone promotes my stuff and expect me to do the same automatically. My decision to promote or not promote a course or anything else for that matter is never based on my list of who I owe a favor to. The best interests of my readers is the only determining factor. For example, I’ve promoted the excellent products of people that I don’t even know, or have any relationship with in the past. I’ve also passed on promoting other products that were put together by people I really like personally…but the product wasn’t a good fit, or didn’t meet my standards. Not everyone in this business operates that way, so I have fewer “friends in high places” than I could have as a result, but my readers appreciate my approach and I answer to YOU before any “guru”. It’s the most ethical way I can run my business.

Q. Can a beginner benefit from this course? A. Absolutely yes. The videos are very comprehensive.

Q. Do you have a bonus for me if I buy it? A. If you buy this course using either of the above links (my affiliate links) I’ll send you free access to my latest course that will soon be selling for nearly $200 (WAY under priced). The new course is my brand new email list building course that will be a perfect supplement to the Niche BluePrint 2.0 course. Just send your Clickbank receipt number to us along with a request for ‘Jim’s email course’ and once my new course launches (within days – not weeks) you’ll get my new email course sent to you for free. Use this email address to let us know you are taking us up on the offer: msteamwebmaster (at) gmail.com (remember – your purchase receipt MUST be included in the email. The receipt will look like this: ’2EHJSNC6L’ ). I will delete this offer at any time from my blog – probably shortly after my new course launches. If you are reading this it means the offer is still valid as of today.

    Hi Jim

I was most interested in your e-mail about Niche Blueprint. It was a product I looked at about 12 months ago but was not in a position to proceed with at the time.

I always look at look carefully at products you promote because I trust your integrity and knowledge in this area. It was as a result of your endorsement that I signed up for John Thornhill’s Masterclass course earlier in the year and I must say I am very impressed so far. I also feel that I would like to promote “physical products” as as develop and sell “information products”

I currently work full time but because of the shifts I am often fortunate to have a few hours off during the day. I your opinion, do you think I would be taking on too much by going for Niche Blueprint at the same time as doing the Masterclass Course.

    Kind regards

    Chris

[reply from Jim]: Only you know what your schedule can handle, but I do agree with the philosophy that says you should focus most of your “new project” energy on only a small handful (or for most people only ONE) new project at a time. There will always be plenty of “must do this today” stuff to get in your way so the little time you have left to launch new business ideas should be focused and not mucked up with too many competing projects that ultimately kill your concentration. That being said, it’s no harder to learn several things at once now than it was in school when we all did it routinely.

  2. Jim – I can personally vouch for your response to this question. “Are you just returning a favor to a friend in promoting this course?” My family is learning a lot from you and your affiliates. We have produced our own products and, while they are very good, they’re not necessarily for all those that follow you, and we respect that.

[reply from Jim]: Thanks for that vote of confidence. I do encourage anyone in the homeschooling community to check out your fantastic interview series that i was honored to be a part of.

    Hi Jim,

I very much enjoy hearing your opinions.

I’m also interested in Niche Blueprint; I have also purchased John Thornhills MPW product based on your recommendation. However, I’ve been a bit concerned about the affliate business model for the reasons you cited.

The key to the NB model is having reliable ‘physical’ suppliers. You have not been a fan of dropshipping. Has the NB approach changed your mind?

    Keep up the good work.
    Best, GREG

[reply from Jim]: Drop shipping products that you sell on eBay is HARD to do. If you sell them on your own website though it’s a far better business model. On eBay everyone is price sensitive and advantages gained on price are soon lost when a lower price comes along. When you go OFF of eBay to your own site though you hold more control over pricing and customers buy for more reasons than just price. Drop shipping works very well OFF eBay.

  4. Marie says:

Once the course is purchased, how much money would have to be spent to put the course into action and produce income?

[reply from Jim]: As you grow there will be some nominal fees etc., but for the most part there are no other serious resources needed. It’s pretty comprehensive.

  5. Craig says:

Jim. I know you only promote the best stuff, so it does not surprise me that you are promoting this, it is a great product. I bought the original Niche Blueprint and just bought the upgrade when they came out with it. This is an excellent product. In fact I think Tim and Steve over deliver on everything they put out. I know that no one knows me who is reading this, but for what is worth, Niche Blueprint is great! The tools alone that they give you are worth the price. My only piece of advice, if you buy it just make sure you do it. It is very easy step by step that anyone could do.

[reply from Jim]: Thanks for the vote of confidence from you as well Steve. Much appreciated. Onward and upward!

  6. I also purchased the original Niche Blueprint 1 and the upgrade. This is a great course, a lot of knowledge inside and as Craig said above the software tools alone are worth the price. These guys know their stuff and the support is “Top Shelf”…..

  7. Ed says:

    Hi Jim,

I always thought dropshipping would be more successful via eBay because of the traffic flow, and that websites would need a great deal of promotion to generate the traffic on a regular basis?

    Ed.

[reply from jim]: The problem with drop shipping on eBay is that unless you have an exclusive relationship with your supplier you’ll eventually be priced out and/or competing with others that are selling the same item you are. eBay sellers can easily monitor each others success and then set out to find that same item. With your own website you don’t have that issue. You can get ranked in the search engines easily for “real goods” (as opposed to info products) … and that is what this course teaches you. I’m not a big fan of drop shipping on eBay UNLESS you have an exclusive relationship (i.e. a local supplier that makes you their sole representation on eBay)

  8. Susan Nab says:

Hi Jim, I am a big fan of yours and your letters. On the Niche Blueprint is it really as easy to understand as it says it is. I am not that computer smart and can’t even set up a website. I had purchased one of Dave G. ebooks and it was very complicated and I couldn’t do it. I am on a very limited income of an SSI check for 674.00 a month, so this income would make a drastic change in my life. HUGE!! I am just not sure I can afford it, I have a little money put away but was going to use it to get a tax id and buying from wholesalers and then re-selling the items on eBay and hopefully start making some money instead of losing money. I don’t have enough currently to buy this and I am wondering how long it will be available and if you guarantee that it will work, even for the not so smart computer people. Susan

[reply from Jim]: I wouldn’t say success ever comes easily in any endeavor. The course is easy to understand though in my opinion. I suggest you use your eBay strategy to get started since your funds are so tight. Buying from wholesalers to sell on eBay is tough though – instead look for local items that you can get an advantage over other sellers with. You don’t need a tax ID to accomplish that. As far as I know the discount will be in place for awhile. I’m sending you a copy of my book from best20ways.com to help you get some good simple ideas.

  9. Hi Jim,

Thanks for the great info! I’ve been considering this product for a while.
Now, that I see that you’re endorsing it, I know it has to be a proven winner.
That’s what happens when you have a reputation online like yours.

    Best regards,
    George Nieves
